Culiacán, Sinaloa, May 22, 2022.- Today the 2022 edition of the Tourist Tianguis began at the Mundo Imperial facilities in Acapulco, the same place where travel agencies, airlines, hoteliers and investors from all over the country are present. , also the participants connected with the tourism industry in Mexico.
This Tourist Tianguis is celebrating its 46th edition and consists of pre-established appointments between Buyers and Exhibitors.
The delegation from Sinaloa is made up of the Secretary of Tourism, Rosario Torres Noriega; the Undersecretary for Tourism Promotion and Operation, Estrella Palacios Domínguez; businessman Carlos Berdegué Sacristán, from the Association of Hotels and Tourist Companies; Rafael Sastré Quezada and José Manguart Sánchez, president of the Association of Hotels and Motels of Mazatlan.
This Sinaloa stand will be participating with 8 suites, with the intervention of 8 municipalities, which are Mazatlán, Culiacán, Ahome, El Fuerte, Mocorito, El Rosario, Cosalá and Sinaloa de Leyva where more than 280 business appointments are expected.
One of the main activities will be the launch of the Mar de Cortes brand, new flights and more frequencies for the national and international markets in Canada and the United States.
The tourist routes of Sinaloa will also be promoted, especially to the Magical Towns, so that they are marketed from the purchase of packages offered by wholesale operators and travel agents and will seek to promote the tourist attractions of the Stately Towns, Magical Towns and other municipalities with a tourist vocation as complementary destinations for the extension of visits to the state.
