A failure in electrical equipment Monday morning shut down the western halves of the subway’s orange and green lines.

The orange line is closed between the Côte Vertu and Berri-UQAM stations while the green line is out of service between Angrignon and Berri-UQAM.

Service was discontinued at approximately 8:45 a.m. M. And it is expected to resume at 9:35 a.m. M.
