The Formentera winery, born in 2020, recovers native grape varieties such as Monastrell and Malvasia, innovating with other foreign ones such as Viognier, Cabernet Sauvignon or Merlot. The result is a wide range of wines with a marked Mediterranean character, since they are born from vineyards located on the plateau of La Mola, about 200 meters above sea level, where they are bathed by constant saline winds, which are always worked in an ecological way ( in fact, it has the official certification).
