The authorities are asking for the public’s help in locating a teenager who has been missing since Monday in Alma, Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean.
Mathis Belley-Laroque, 14, was last seen Monday morning near the Camille Lavoie pavilion. “His loved ones have reason to fear for his health and safety,” the Sûreté du Québec (SQ) said in a statement.
The teenager is 165m tall and weighs 68kg in addition to having brown hair and eyes. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a black Vans jacket with checkered sleeves, dark pants and winter boots. He also had a camouflage-style green side bag, the SQ said.
Anyone seeing Mathis Belley-Laroque is asked to contact 911.
