The Kremlin holds that the military aid and in matters of intelligence provided by Western countries to Ukraine has prevented Russia from quickly end the war against the neighboring country, as indicated on Thursday by the Kremlin spokesman, Dmitry Peskovat a press conference.
“The United States, the United Kingdom and NATO as a whole permanently share informations with the Ukrainian armed forces. Combined with arms deliveries (…) these actions they do not allow to finish the operation quickly“, Peskov pointed out this Thursday at a press conference, referring to the war against Ukraine, which the Russians call a “special military operation”.
However, the Kremlin spokesman has maintained that these actions of military and intelligence support from the West towards the Ukrainian Army “they have no capacity to prevent” for Russia to achieve its military objectives in Ukraine. Among these goals, Russia has already acknowledged its plans to conquer Donbas and also all of southern Ukraine.
