Rotoplas, with a good perspective: analysts

Rotoplas shares could rise 49.13% next year, according to the perspectives of equity analysts.

They are currently listed at 27.55 pesos each on the Mexican Stock Exchange (BMV) and could reach 42.22 pesos, according to Alain Jaimes, analyst at Signum Research.

He explained that “Rotoplas has solid and robust fundamentals, its income is growing faster than its expenses, it generates both gross and net profit, and it has cash.”

For its part, the BTG Pactual brokerage house has an expected target price for 2022 of 39 pesos for Rotoplas shares, while GBM estimates it at 48 pesos. Today they are listed at 27.55 pesos, so they expect a significant advance next year.

In its third quarter of 2021, the manufacturer of solutions for storing water, reported that 22% of its sales are in Argentina, 53% in Mexico, 12% in the United States and the remaining 12% in different regions of the world.

His report highlighted that between July and September 2021 the profit totaled 20 million pesos.

When observing sequential increases in the costs of supplies above the estimated and not being able to be fully compensated, the impact on its EBITDA was 210 million dollars, according to its quarterly report.

Water Day 2021

At its Agua Day event, Rotoplas increased its expectation of growth in its Ebitda margin for 2025 by 12% for Mexico, 11% for Argentina and 46% for the United States market.

By 2025 the company expects 10% of its revenues to come from its services and 90% from its products. Similarly, it estimates that 60% of its sales are obtained from Mexico, 15% from Argentina, 15% from the United States and the remaining 10% from other regions where it has a presence.

Heriberto Sandoval, independent analyst at Increase Kapital said that this year Rotoplas has had historic sales and that it is highly likely that it will follow the same trend and strengthen the positioning of its brands.
