This is a unique wine. A full-bodied, powerful and full-bodied red made from Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon (yes!) That is part of the local tradition of ripassi with a few residual sugars (here at 6.5 g / l) to better celebrate the nugget of Parmesan Cheese or the braised oxtail stew. (5+) ©
