A 17-year-old teenager was the victim of a robbery in his vehicle on Tuesday morning after being sprayed with cayenne pepper in Boisbriand, in the Laurentians.
The call was made to the Régie Intermunicipale de police Thérèse-de-Blainville (RIPTB) around 10:25 a.m., it was then indicated that one of the suspects was possibly armed. Quickly, a security perimeter was erected to locate the two suspects.
A 17-year-old man from Boisbriand and an 18-year-old man from Rosemère were arrested late Tuesday morning in connection with this case.
“The investigation is continuing to determine the circumstances surrounding this robbery. Fortunately, the victim is doing well,” RIPTB said in a statement.
