Real estate technology: They go for express operations in housing rentals

Reducing a process from at least two weeks to one day is the objective of the application (M1App) created by the Morada Uno startup, which seeks to carry out rent housing between 24 and 48 hours.

The application, aimed at real estate advisors, seeks to cover everything from the process of validating and verifying tenant data, to the signing of lease contracts through digital tools and giving the option of not having guarantees for the rent of a property, with the certainty of having the secure rent payment.

“This technological platform is a support tool for real estate advisors, since its objective is to provide them with an instrument that facilitates the management of rental operations,” explained Morada Uno.

For part of the processes, the app is directly connected to the information from the Credit Bureau, which allows greater certainty about the information of the potential tenant.

In the presentation of the tool, Santiago Morales, general director of the company, highlighted the speed with which it is expected to obtain the verification of reliable information of the tenant.

“What is innovative about this tool is that it allows for immediate and reliable research on a potential tenant, with results the same day,” he emphasized.

“With this tool we can close an operation of rent 10 times faster. A traditional process is incredibly slow, it can take two weeks, between the investigation of the tenant and the guarantee, the contract is generated and reviewed. We are talking about closing an operation in 48 hours or even less, and with total protection and security for everyone,” Morales assured.

In addition, he said, one of the goals is to reduce the bureaucracy and processes required in the rent of a home, through technology, which will also offer security to the procedures.

“In essence, we are launching an application with which any advisor will be able to manage their rents quickly and effectively. The tool is a kind of control center where real estate professionals will concentrate their rents and they will be able to manage them from there”, detailed the representative of Morada Uno.

For Morales, real estate advisors will definitely continue to be part of the ecosystem of real estate operations; however, it is necessary to add tools that allow better transaction management.
