Querétaro expects hotel occupancy of 65% the next bridge

“In the hotel occupancy of those who belong to the chamber of commerce, we expect an occupancy of up to 65% throughout the entity, this particularly represents an important date in the face of what will be Holy Week,” he explained.

The hotel sector is expected to be one of the most benefited businesses, as well as restaurants and shopping malls. According to the businessman, the second half of 2022 could be the year of Economic recovery for tertiary activities, anticipating that in that period the level of income that they had in February 2020, before the effects of the pandemic, will be resumed.

“We are expecting that by the second half of 2022 we can have the recovery, as we were in February 2020. Having the spillover and sales that we had in February 2020, however, this represents a two-year lag in the that there was no economic activity,” he said.

Measures
