Even if no strike date has been mentioned so far, Treasury Board chairwoman Sonia LeBel made her exasperation clear Thursday, saying “it’s time to be reasonable” and acknowledging that the legislation on the return to the Work “is certainly part of the tools available” when it comes to getting out of the impasse. LeBel added, however, that he still believes a negotiated settlement is possible.
