Pfizer to supply 10 million pills against Covid-19 to the US for 5.3 billion dollars

The giant Pfizer Pharmaceutical announced Thursday that it will supply 10 million treatments of its anti-HIV pill. Covid-19 to the US government for $ 5.3 billion, pending approval from local regulators.

Pfizer on Tuesday applied to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for authorization for the emergency use of its Paxlovid pill, which has been shown to reduce the hospitalization or death in nearly 90% among newly infected high-risk patients.
