Ontario Medical Director Dr. Kieran Moore said Thursday that because the province has distributed 11 million rapid antigen tests to schools across the province, it has provided a “safety buffer” for students who they go back to school after the holidays. He added that students have already “sacrificed a lot” and that he “supports” the decision to open schools on January 5.
