Ontario Health says they are prepared to accept up to 12 Saskatchewan COVID-19 ICU patients by the end of the week should the need arise. Six patient transfers are expected to be completed by the end of Wednesday. This occurs when that province continues to struggle with the increase in the number of cases and hospitalizations.
