It is International Volunteer Day and in Halifax, the Canadian Red Cross has recognized two outstanding volunteers with its highest honor for their humanitarian work. David Williams of Halifax and Mary Mcnab of Dartmouth were honored with the Order of the Red Cross in a ceremony at Province House. Jesse Thomas has more.
