New Brunswick Medical Director of Health Dr. Jennifer Russell announced 109 new cases of COVID-19 on Tuesday and hospitals are feeling the pressure on the system. He added that among the new cases, 29 percent were related to fully vaccinated people, and that the rate of patients ending up in intensive care without the full COVID-19 vaccine is much higher than that of those who are fully vaccinated.
