The 23-year-old suspect was pinned Wednesday evening “at his home on the South Shore of Montreal,” the SPVM said in a statement.

He is expected to appear Thursday on a murder charge.

In November, the two alleged accomplices of the suspect had been pinned, namely Michael Tortolano, 18 years old and Trison Colombaris Brown, 29 years old.

The charges against them occurred on the night of September 18, at the corner of Sherbrooke Street West and Mansfield.

A verbal conflict would have first broken out between two groups of individuals. At some point, the trio would have physically attacked their rivals.

During the altercation, a 23-year-old man was stabbed to death, while one of his friends suffered serious injuries that required surgery.
