In a statement, the firm indicated that net income between July and September was 1,900 million dollars, which translates into a year-on-year increase of 66.5% in dollars and 72.9% in constant currency.
On the other hand, the sales of its online business rose 69% in dollars compared to the same period of 2020, reaching 1,224.7 million dollars, while the fintech business grew 61.7% year-on-year, reaching 632.8 million.
Regarding gross profit, the figure stood at 806.6 million dollars, with a margin of 43.4%, compared to 43.0% in the same quarter last year.
In this way, the three months to September closed with a net profit before taxes of 126.1 million dollars, increasing 139.5% compared to the 52.7 million dollars of the same period last year. The company also highlighted that the active unique user base increased 3.4% year-on-year, reaching 78.7 million.
