Man accused of using cellphone to take under-the-dress photos

A man allegedly used a cellphone to take under-the-dress pictures of women without their knowledge at a Walmart in Burlington, according to Halton Regional Police.

Police said that on July 4, 2021, officers were made aware of the incident at the Fairview St. store. They have since been able to identify a suspect.

Police accused Ali Rabia, 38, of Oakville, of one count of voyeurism. Police also executed a warrant at a residence and officers allegedly found evidence to lay four more charges of voyeurism against Rabia.
