Luzón: “We only value the pending proceedings of the emeritus king. Period”

This newspaper got in touch in those days with the lieutenant prosecutor of the Supreme Court, Juan Ignacio Campos, who did not participate, due to recovering from a surgical operation, in the October 5 meeting: “We are only waiting for the Swiss prosecutor Yves Bertossa to respond to a rogatory commission that I have pending referring to the year 2015. Sources from the State Attorney General’s Office, who had foreseen the decree for before December 17, have pointed out these days that the much-mentioned file could be postponed until January. EL PERIÓDICO asked this Friday the chief prosecutor of the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office, Alexander Luzon, who prepares the final report and the decree on file, together with Lieutenant Prosecutor Campos, for the situation. “We do not value Christmas, or the King’s speech, or anything like that.
