Three students were killed and six other people, including a teacher, were injured when a 15-year-old man opened fire Tuesday at a school north of USAannounced the local police.
The alleged perpetrator, who is also a student at that high school, was arrested and a pistol was seized after the shooting, said Michael McCabe of the police Oxford, in the state of Michigan.
“There was no resistance during the arrest and the suspect has requested a lawyer,” the Oakland County, Michigan sheriff’s office said in a statement, stating that the young man also “has not given any statement of motive.”
“It is a very tragic situation (…), we have many upset parents,” McCabe told the television channel Fox News.
