After losing on Saturday night to the Seattle Kraken, the Canadiens return to action on Sunday, this time against the Philadelphia Flyers at Wells Fargo Center.

Puck drop just after 7 pm (TSN2, RDS, TSN Radio 690, 98.5 FM).

Defenseman Corey Schueneman was recalled from the AHL’s Laval Rocket. The team also announced Cédric Paquette cleared waivers and will report to Laval.

Both teams currently sit in last place in their respective divisions. The 15-35-8 Habs maintained their hold on 32nd in league standings with the shootout loss to Seattle, while the 18-30-10 Flyers are pulling up the rear in the Metropolitan Division.

This could be the last time the Canadiens face Claude Giroux as a member of the Flyers. The trade deadline is on March 21 and the pending unrestricted free agent is expected to be on the move.
