Legault wants to put in place incentives to bring nurses back

François Legault ensures that he works day and night in order to set up incentives to bring nurses back into the public network.

Currently, there is a shortage of 4,000 nurses in the health network, an untenable situation made even more difficult by the pandemic and the difficult conditions, including mandatory overtime.

The Prime Minister assured to work day and night to find solutions to this manpower problem.

He even suggested that nurses in the public sector could be paid as well as those in the private sector.
