Police said two packages were taken from the front porch of a residence in the 7100 block of Matchette Road on Tuesday around 2:30 pm

The home’s surveillance camera system recorded a gold-colored Dodge Caravan that stopped on the road in front of the house.

An apparently female suspect with a covered face exited the vehicle. She quickly walked to the porch, grabbed the packages, and returned to the minivan — which then left the area, heading north on Matchette Road.

LaSalle police said the entire theft incident occurred in about 60 seconds.

Images from the home’s surveillance camera have been released. Police ask anyone with information about the suspect or the gold-colored minivan to call an officer at 519-969-5210 ext. 2929.

Anonymous tips can be made via Crime Stoppers at 519-258-8477 or catchcrooks.com.
