Lachine Hospital emergency room to be closed overnight ‘until further notice’

The MUHC said the decision to postpone the emergency department’s return to normal operating hours was “difficult but necessary.”

Citing the “rapidly evolving situation regarding COVID-19,” the McGill University Health Center (MUHC) announced Friday that the Lachine Hospital emergency department would be closed between 7:30 pm and 7:30 pm. am “until further notice.”
