The Barcelona Urban Guard has denounced a driver whom he hunted while circulating 162 kilometers per hour in a section of the Ronda de Dalt where the speed is limited to 60.
The municipal police recalled this Saturday that excessive speed makes it difficult for the driver to control the vehicle, decreases his field of vision and increases the braking distance and the severity of injuries in the event of an accident.
