Hamilton Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a wanted man in connection with a break and entering in October.
Police say they were called to a business in the Nash Road North and Barton Street East area early in the morning on Oct. 16, after it was reported that someone had stolen several uniform jackets.
Officers say he left with an inventory of roughly $ 6,000, before fleeing on a bicycle with a large cardboard box affixed to the handlebars.
The suspect is being described as:
– White man
– Medium build
– Dark sweatshirt with white logo on the left side
– blue jeans
– Black low-cut sneakers with white sole
– Older bike with rear bike rack

Investigators with the BEAR unit of the Hamilton Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspect and anyone who may have information to come forward and report anyone wearing or in possession of these jackets.
