Goya 2022: Where to watch the award-nominated films on TV?

The Goya awards have a date for the next February 12 in Valencia and, two days before the gala, there is already a clear favorite stands out with its 20 nominations. This is ‘The good boss’ by Fernando León de Aranoa, which could be the star of the night, breaking a historical record for nominations.

Behind him aremaixabel‘, by Icíar Bollaín and with 14 nominations; Y ‘parallel mothers‘, by Pedro Almodóvar and with eight nominations.

But the list is complete and there are many films that choose to win a prize -or more than one- during the gala.

last year’s movies

Retrieving the films arouses the curiosity of Goya fans, but since they are projects released last year, it is not easy to find options to see them in the cinema, but this does not mean that they are not screened, but rather that it is more complicated.

But, in case of not finding a room that projects the films, after the Goya gala there will be new passes that, like every year, the cinemas will make available to remember and honor the winners.

Available in streaming

It is also not easy to find the films on the streaming platforms, although it may not be long before all -or most- of the nominated projections reach the platforms. But there are some exceptions that can already be displayed on the platforms, such as ‘Mediterranean‘, candidate for Best Film can be viewed at Filmnin and Movistar+.

And, in the case of ‘maixabel‘ Y ‘parallel mothers‘, its version is available in DVD.
