This idea is part of the Cambridge 26 model by Trico Homes. The 2,292-square-foot, front-wheel-drive single-family home is billed as a model home in Midtown.
The model can be built in the master planned community of Airdrie on scenic pond lots. This benefit is harnessed in several aspects of the home’s design, including the great room.
The elevated meeting space is highlighted by volume and considerable natural light. To capitalize on its open-up format, large windows cover the two-story rear-facing wall.
