Dear lovers with a gourmet soul, Valentine’s Day is approaching and there is no better way than to celebrate your love for your partner than at the table of a restaurant. Several of them have special menus for the occasion. Here we make a brief selection.


The Palace Hotel

From February 11 to 13, the hotel’s traditional ‘Afternoon Tea’ will include a special heart-shaped sweet and a glass of cava in the base formula of €36. The experience is completed with the music of the pianist Marta Muñoz on Friday and Fer Tejero on the weekend, both with a romantic repertoire. The Chalet el Palace, the gastronomic ‘pop-up’ inspired by a cabin in the Alps that serves ‘fondues’ or ‘raclettes’, will include a bottle of wine or cava and a ‘petit four’ of Valentine’s Day at noon and nights from 11 to 13. And the hotel’s ‘hall’ will have a closed menu with ‘petit four’ and a bottle of wine or cava during lunch and dinner from 11 to 14 at a price of €60 .

After nearly two years closed, Wittmore Hotel will reopen on February 10. As it almost coincides with Valentine’s Day, they propose the ‘Polyvalentine’: if an odd number of diners book for dinner, they give each one a cocktail. In addition, they will raffle a night at the hotel among those who dine at Contraban on the nights of February 11 to 13.

The restaurant of the Hotel Barcelona Edition proposes a dinner, on Monday 14 February, by candlelight with a four-course market cuisine menu enlivened with a folk-pop performance by Saphie Wells. The romantic location of the Hotel Neri already invites you to celebrate Valentine’s Day. As if that were not enough, from February 10 to 20, his restaurant A Restaurant will serve a special menu that will include a Valentine’s dessert made by a Gòtic artisan. Those who want to celebrate their love in a room can do so from €365 (includes accommodation, breakfast and Valentine’s menu, without drinks, for 2 people).
