The anonymous landscaper claims French’s dog “brutally attacked” him while walking on the property in Calabasas, California.
According to legal documents, obtained by The Blast, the man claims that he was invited to the rapper’s home in 2019 and that the dog was roaming freely.
The plaintiff claims that the musician and his team were “aware that the dog was out of its cage, and carelessly and without regard for the safety and well-being of the guests, allowed the dog, with vicious propensities and features known and foreseeable, it will roam freely, without a cage and without guarantee ”.
The lawsuit also suggests that the rapper knew the dog’s character well, because he had been sued before.
The landscaper claims it was French’s responsibility to keep the dog “under control” if strangers visited his home.
He insists that the rapper is “responsible and liable for (his) pain and suffering” due to “personal and physical injury.”
French Montana was sued in 2017 and 2019 by a pool cleaner and a person who worked on its security system, respectively, due to alleged dog attacks.
The new plaintiff says he knew the dog was on the grounds for the purpose of “guarding the premises,” and that French “fostered the aggressive and vicious nature of the dog.”
