Formula 1 Live Race Updates, Results, Miami Grand Prix 2022 Highlights

Formula 1 brings its talent to South Beach on Sunday.

Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz brought the heat to Miami on Saturday, with Ferrari coming in like a hurricane and taking the front row for the inaugural Miami Grand Prix in qualifying.

Ferrari’s revival after a few years of struggling to the bottom isn’t too surprising; what is a bit surprising is who is in second place in the constructors’ race. While Red Bull sits second, Mercedes is still dealing with some inconsistencies on the track and is still looking for answers to get back into the title fight.

Things seem to be correcting themselves a bit: George Russell was eliminated in Q2 on Saturday, but Lewis Hamilton struggled to start sixth.

However, Hamilton is still looking for his first win of the 2022 F1 season. While the year is still young, this is the longest wait the seven-time champion has had for his first win since 2016.

There have been gray skies for Hamilton from the start, but what better place for his first win than the “Sunshine State”?
