Waterloo police have arrested an Etobicoke man after a disturbance at a fast-food restaurant in Waterloo.

On March 16 at approximately 11:30 pm, the man jumped over the serving counter at the restaurant in the area of ​​University Ave., E and Weber St. N, they said.

The male recorded himself behind the counter while grabbing food and eating it.

The male fled the restaurant and attempted to steal a bike, but was arrested by police who coincidentally were at the restaurant.

The man was charged with public intoxication, mischief under $5,000 and causing a disturbance.
