Police saying On Sunday, two drivers collided, causing one car to roll over, while the other was pushed off the road.

Two pedestrians were run over in the collision, causing serious injuries and one of the drivers was trapped in his vehicle.

Toronto paramedics said a total of eight people were taken to the hospital: four with serious injuries and four with minor injuries, including two children.

Fire services said the trapped driver was released upon arrival and was in stable condition.

The collision occurred on Yonge and Richmond streets around 2 p.m.
