The NHL 500-point journey took 10 years and 678 games for Ryan Nugent-Hopkins.

The Edmonton Oilers forward reached the milestone Friday in Seattle with an assist on a goal from Evan Bouchard.

“I am lucky to have played with great players. I’ve been a part of the Oilers all the time. Definitely happy to do it with these guys, ”Nugent-Hopkins said after the game.
