An early morning house fire on the eastern edge of the city on Sunday was said to have caused around $ 30,000 in damage.
Windsor firefighters were called to the 1000 block of Albert Road around 7:30 a.m. M.
The fire was contained in the basement area of the house. Careless disposal of smoking materials was said to be the cause of the fire.
No injuries were reported.
