Dierks Bentley Cancels Upcoming Regina Saskatoon Tour Dates | The Canadian News

If you were planning to start the new year in cowboy boots with the help of Dierks Bentley, you may have to settle for sneakers.

The country star announced Tuesday the cancellation of all scheduled shows on his Canadian tour, which was scheduled to take him to Saskatoon on January 14 and Regina on January 15.

Both Saskatchewan concerts were scheduled to feature Weyburn’s own rising star, Tenille Arts.

According to a spokesperson for Regina Exhibition Association Limited, the artist canceled his Canadian tour “due to precautions in place with the current wave of COVID and the safety of all involved.”

The Beers on Me tour was scheduled to begin in London, Ontario, on January 6 before heading west through Canada.

No plans have yet been announced to reschedule the Saskatoon or Regina tour dates.
