The easing of COVID-19 restrictions is creating a lot of excitement in nightlife circles and some concern in Quebec high schools. November 15 is the first day that dancing and karaoke is allowed again in bars and clubs. As Dan Spector reports, it is also the first day that masks are no longer required in class for high school students.
