The Health Secretary reported this Sunday, November 14, that the accumulated number of Covid-19 infections in Mexico increased to 3 million 845,733, after 942 confirmed cases were registered in the last 24 hours.
Meanwhile, the agency notified 58 new deaths because of coronavirus SARS-CoV-2. It is the first time in more than four months that a daily figure of less than 60 deaths has been registered. The total number of deaths from Covid-19 in Mexico amounted to 291,147.
It should be remembered that the health authorities have explained on various occasions that the figures for infections and deaths from Covid-19 they tend to be lower on weekends because health centers tend to take longer to deliver their reports.
The daily technical report on the progress of the pandemic in the country estimates 22,113 active cases, that is, people who have shown symptoms of the disease caused by the new coronavirus in the last 14 days.
According to data from the Ministry of Health, the states with the highest number of active cases per 100,000 inhabitants are:

Federal authorities reported that 3 million 206,890 people have already recovered after suffering from Covid-19 in the country.
Meanwhile, the general bed occupancy for hospital care nationwide for patients with this disease maintains its downward trend, standing at 16%, while beds with fan they have an occupancy of 14%; both indicators registered one percentage point less than that reported yesterday.
Epidemic risk traffic light
The Ministry of Health reported last Friday that 31 states will remain green in the Covid-19 epidemic risk traffic light expected from November 15 to 28, while only Baja California remains in orange, that is, high risk .
In the case of Mexico City, the capital authorities detailed that the main indicators on the evolution of the epidemic are at their minimum levels.

Progress in vaccination against Covid-19 in Mexico
