COVID-19 in Quebec: 25 additional deaths


Quebec has 1,821 people positive for COVID-19 in its hospitals, including 60 patients in intensive care.

In addition, 25 additional deaths are added to the balance sheet.

THE SITUATION IN QUEBEC AS OF MAY 12, 2022

  • 1,055,277 people infected (+767*)
  • -5,226 deaths (+25)
  • 1821 people hospitalized
  • 60 people in intensive care
  • 15,577 samples taken
  • 207,012 self-declared rapid tests so far, including 169,511 positive: 312 declared for the day yesterday, including 252 positive.
  • 19,417 doses administered are added, i.e. 18,557 in the last 24 hours and 860 before May 11, for a total of 19,713,093 doses administered in Quebec.
  • Outside Quebec, a total of 329,695 doses were administered, for a cumulative total of 20,042,788 doses received by Quebecers.
