COVID-19 hospitalizations in Quebec fall below 2,000

COVID-19 hospitalizations passed below the 2,000 mark Saturday in Quebec for the first time in nearly a month.

There are 1,994 hospitalizations, as of Saturday morning, down from 2,051 on Friday, and marking the fourth straight day of decline.

Hospitalization numbers have been dropping steadily since reaching a high of 2,410 on April 22 — which was the highest tally seen since early February.
