COVID-19 hospitalizations continue to rise as Quebec reports 96 deaths

The number of hospitalizations for the virus now stands at 3,195 patients, an increase of 110. Of those patients, 275 are in undefined intensive care.

A total of 789,807 infections have been confirmed in the province since the first was reported in February 2020.

Quebec also announced that 96 more deaths have been attributed to the virus, bringing the province’s death toll to 12,289.

The number of hospitalizations for the virus now stands at 3,195 patients, an increase of 110. Of those patients, 275 are in undefined intensive care.

On Friday, Quebec administered 107,597 doses of vaccines.

Since the start of its vaccination campaign, the province has received 19,961,545 doses, of which NaN has administered.
