These indictments “Will be contested within the time limit of the procedure”, said in a statement the lawyer of Pascal Porri, Emmanuel Molina, judging “That very weak and hypothetical indices cannot validly and in the long term constitute the solid procedural base that all litigants are entitled to demand from a rigorous and equitable justice”.

On the run for almost a year, Pascal Porri was arrested “Smooth” Last Wednesday around 8:30 p.m. by the GIGN (intervention group of the national gendarmerie), at the restaurant of a five-star hotel in Porto-Vecchio where he was dining with a woman, a source told AFP close to the file.

On September 28, 2020, he and two other alleged lieutenants of Jacques Santoni, Mickaël Ettori and André Bacchiolelli, escaped a police strike, probably benefiting from police leaks. On July 5, André Bacchiolelli was arrested without violence on the outskirts of Ajaccio. He was then indicted on charges of attempted voluntary homicide in an organized gang, criminal association and concealment in an organized gang and imprisoned, then announced the Marseille prosecutor’s office.

Following this failed net, the judicial police in Corsica had been withdrawn from investigations concerning the Petit Bar for the benefit of the gendarmerie. Only Mickaël Ettori remains on the run.
