Confirmed Positive COVID-19 Case at Grizzly Grill Bar and Restaurant in Kingston

Kingston – Today, Dr. Hugh Guan, Acting Medical Health Officer for KFL & A Public Health, confirms a positive case of COVID-19 at The Grizzly Grill Bar and Restaurant at 395 Princess Street, Kingston.

KFL & A Public Health recommends that people who attended The Grizzly Grill Bar and Restaurant on Thursday, September 16, 2021 between 10:25 p.m. M. And 12:00 a. M. Self-monitor symptoms for 10 days. We recommend that people affected by this exposure get tested on or after seven days from the date of exposure. If you attended the restaurant on September 16, take the test on or after September 23.

As part of the COVID-19 case management and contact tracking process, KFL & A Public Health follows up with close contacts of people who have tested positive for COVID-19. If the contact tracing team is unable to identify close contacts of a person who has tested positive for COVID-19, a public statement may be issued to reach those contacts.
