Since May 2020, the real estate company, which concentrates its operation in the West and the Bajío of the country, implemented the chatbot to generate an automated service via your digital channels. This was possible due to an alliance made with the firm Cliengo, which is the provider of these services.

According to the digital strategy of customer acquisition of Grupo Herso, what was sought from the beginning was to implement campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads, have a presence in the Facebook marketplace, as well as the development of valuable content hosted on a blog on its page website, which generated a traffic of 30,000 visits in its digital platforms.
For the signature, before implementing the chatbot of Cliengo, it was practically impossible to generate immediate attention in the digital channels of Gupo Herso for the profiling of the lead in response to the weekly queries it received on its sites or in the lead ads campaigns on Facebook.
“Which generated lost commercial opportunities, especially on weekends when the digital traffic increases significantly,” the firm said.
Grupo Herso currently focuses on the Western and Bajío regions of the country, with an offer in low-income, middle-class and residential housing, with more than 40,000 deeded homes in its history that has lasted more than 30 years.
