CDMX remains at a green traffic light despite an increase in Covid-19 infections

The capital authorities reported that the Mexico City It will continue for two more weeks in the green color of the Epidemiological Traffic Light, under the argument that, although infections have increased rapidly, hospitalization levels remain low.

In the medical units of the Metropolitan Zone of the Valley of Mexico there are hospitalized 1,493 people for Covid-19, a higher figure than in previous weeks, but still far from the maximum points reached during the second wave at the beginning of 2021.

The positivity and total infections do show a speed of advance even greater than that faced in previous outbreaks.
