Charlotte Prado pronounced after I had to postpone the start of his trial against José María López. Last Tuesday, February 8, the judge decided to suspend the hearing after Carlota Prado did not appear in court of Madrid in which the lawsuit was held. As reported by 20 minutes, Prado alleged psychiatric problems to request the postponement of the process and her lawyer has presented a report that shows that the young woman had to be admitted last December.
For its part, Jose Maria Lopez, who has been photographed by the press upon entering the courts, requested to continue with the oral hearing. The defendant alleged that there is a contradiction between what the defense says, which has stated that “she is disabled”, and her activity on social networks.

However, the judge has considered the testimony of the accusation to be correct and has ordered that the forensic team examine the former contestant to determine if she is in a position to go to trial on a new date. In addition, she has requested her lawyer to provide as soon as possible the psychological report that justifies his absence.
At the exit, Carlota Prado’s lawyer declared that the young woman has “a health problem and is not in a position to declare”. “She has to be examined by a forensic doctor to see if she is fit to testify. This is how your honor has agreed”, the lawyer has expressed, for which reason there is currently no new date planned.
