Canadiens goalie Carey Price has sold his South Shore home at a discount, nearly a year after putting it on the market.

Price’s property in Candiac sold Thursday for $1.52 million, less than the revised asking price of $1.698 million, according to data from brokerage database Centris. It was listed for sale for $1.8 million on May 2.

Built in 2008, the house was valued at $1.046 million last year. It has 12 rooms, three of which are bedrooms, a covered terrace, a heated in-ground salt pool and a finished basement. It is located on a dead end street.
