“It’s a great win for Canada. It is a great reward for the organizations of each region and each province”, indicated, for his part, the technical director of the club, Sébastien Masias.

For Mr. Masias, Canada’s performance is the perfect opportunity to promote this sport accessible to all.

“The promotion of soccer by the Canadian team will allow young athletes to identify and tell themselves that one day it could be him who is part of the party,” said Mr. Masias.

The Venturi broke a record last year with nearly 2,300 young people registered.

The organization is confident of having as many participants if not more this season, as the registration period continues until mid-April.
