Luis Espinosa Rueda, president of the organization in Pueblacommented that the disorganization is having the effect that they cannot carry out their legal operations, that is, issue invoices in the case of new businesses and that implies problems with clients.
“While taxpayers seek to carry out procedures such as updating their tax data or renewing their electronic signatures, which can be done in less than a week, appointment times are postponed for more than 60 days,” he explained.
He pointed out that the delay in the appointments can cause delays in the fulfillment of the obligations requested by the SATespecially now that the new digital invoice is about to come into force on July 1 and requires updating the fiscal domicile.
The Canacintra He asked the tax authority to facilitate the rapprochement, especially that digital platforms be streamlined, because it is the way that many should not fail to comply with the payment of taxes and that the government lower delinquencies.
Espinosa Rueda indicated that what taxpayers least want to receive are fines, but it is not their fault for what is happening, rather the SAT does not respond to the demands for speed in the procedures that should be done online.
He commented that the situation of small taxpayers is worrying, among whom is the responsibility of being up to date on paperwork and where delinquency can occur if there is no prompt solution.
He made it clear that in the case of the Canacintra no serious problems have been had, but in the way the system operates SAT can be promoted and lead to fines, which at this time should not be applied for economic recovery.
He urged the federal authorities to approach Puebla’s business organizations to get to know the dating problem in depth, which had not been seen before, not only in the state but also at the national level.
